First Post

Hey everyone! This is my first blog post on my website and I just wanted to start off by saying hello! I have created numerous projects in the past but realized I never had a great way of showing everyone. For that reason, I started ethanstudent.com in hopes to not only keep a record of my project for myself, but also have the ability to show friends, family, and potential employers about the work I have done. Due to the fact I have never created a website before, there will probably be a learning curve at the start but I have numerous ideas already about how I can make this site truly something special. I would love to allow users access to my NAS (network attached storage) located in my apartment, however I am struggling to setup a safe and secure way to port forward. Using this website will hopefully make that much easier. Apparently I will have an SSL certificate by tomorrow afternoon so I am going to keep my fingers crossed!
